The Education Department has released a new website that helps parents identify their local public school online. Findmyschool.vic.gov.au launched on 24 April and shows every school zone across the state. The new website highlights the choice of public schools available to the Victorian community.
If your child is preparing to enter Year 7 and want to know more about the public secondary school options in our area, or you know someone who is interested in enrolling at our school, try findmyschool.vic.gov.au today.
If you have a question about the website, contact the Victorian School building Authority Hotline on 1800 896 950 or email email@example.com
All students who are applying to attend Staughton College for Year 7 in 2021 will be notified by their primary school around August and received the first information booklet from the school.
As the Term 1 Transition Evening at Staughton College was cancelled due to Covid 19, the following video gives a short tour into our college for families considering joining our school community in Year 7 in 2021.
As part of the transition process into Year 7, Staughton College tests all students in Year 6. On Demand Testing provides us with valuable information regarding your child’s literacy and numeracy strengths. The information we receive from this testing helps us to determine the appropriate strategies, class groupings and education needs for your child.
More information regarding dates and times for On Demand testing will be available later in the year.
