From Monday 27th April to Friday 1st May, Year 10 Staughton students completed work experience in a workplace of their choosing. Students picked placements based on their interests, career goals, and in some cases as a foot in the door to gain part time employment.
Staughton staff visited and called many different workplaces in and outside of the Melton community, and the overwhelming response was extremely positive, from employers and students alike.
Our work experience week was a huge success.
“My work experience at Absolute Kaos was good. I experienced different things compared to other people. I must have worked hard as I got a job out of it.” – Chloe Cummings, Year 10 Student
