Year seven Camp to Marysville was an amazing experience for students, which was jam packed with fun and excitement. We participated in many activities, such as mountain bike riding, rock climbing, canoeing, cooking, bushwalking, and a low rope course. It was an opportunity for year seven students to make new friendships and build better connections with their teachers. Camp Marysville gave us a chance to reflect on the 2009 Black Saturday bush fires and taught us a lot about our environment and sustainability. Our Camp Marysville’s Talent Show was a great success with many great acts and lots of surprising new talents. Thanks to all the students, parents and staff who made this trip such a memorable one and big shout out to Natasha Forlani, the year seven coordinator, for organising such a great trip and being the only teacher to conquer the rock climbing wall.
